Digicue products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, or damage caused by incorrect handling.
If your product arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order number and photos so we can assess and arrange a replacement where eligible.
