Checkout and customer service are the two points where a shopper stops and talks to a person. A plate at each keeps the invitation optional and visible.
Two or three spots that suit this setting. Pick the one where customers naturally pause.
Next to the card terminal, facing the shopper. Keep it clear of bags and receipts.
Returns, click-and-collect and enquiries end here. A plate gives a satisfied customer a simple way to say so.
Keep it optional: “If you’d like to review us on Google, the plate on the counter opens the form.”
The plate does the asking. Customers who want to share their experience can; nobody is pressed, and no rating is suggested or pre-selected.
Setup
Choose your product and pack. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched from Melbourne the same business day.
Each plate arrives with an adhesive mounting strip, its activation code printed on the plate, and a quick start card.
Tap or scan the plate. The Customer Portal at tap.digicue.com.au opens. Confirm the activation code, sign in or create an owner account, and add the destination customers will open. Allow about five minutes.
Test it with your own phone, then put it where customers can easily see and reach it.
Each plate is its own unit in the Customer Portal and can be assigned to a business location, so activity is shown per plate and per location.
You can, but customers rarely stop there. Counters where they already pause get more use.
Custom branded plates are quoted for larger orders. See Custom branding.
Choose a pack, activate it when it arrives, place it where customers finish up.
